Payment and Return Policies
Clients are required to pay for a session package in full before scheduling the first session. A session package includes credits for multiple sessions. The payment for all unused, unscheduled session credits will be refunded in full if the client cancels the package. The payment for a scheduled session will be refunded in full if the client cancels the package with more than 48 hours’ notice before said scheduled session. If the client cancels the package with less than 48 hours’ notice before a scheduled session, payment for said scheduled session will not be refunded. If the client reschedules a session with more than 48 hours’ notice, the session credit will not be deducted from the unused credit total. If the client reschedules a session with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session credit will be deducted from the unused credit total.
We accept payment by credit card online via the client portal found on our website. If the client has not yet made payment for a session at the scheduled time of that session, we will either cancel that session or reschedule it, or the client’s card on file will automatically be billed the following business day for services rendered, at our discretion. If the credit transaction is declined, the client will be notified via email. If the client chooses to be notified by other means of communication, they must notify Century Bridge. If the client exceeds 2 sessions without payment, the client’s account will be suspended and they will receive a termination/collections notice. All invoices 30 days past due will have a $15 USD late fee applied. If payment still has not been rendered after 60 days, the account will then be sent to collections and a collection fee of 30% will be added to the amount due. Subscription Plans and Cancellation
Clients who subscribe to a monthly recurring billing plan must provide a payment method such as a credit card when subscribing. The client’s payment information is retained by our credit card processor, Authorize.net. Century Bridge does not store the client’s payment information. The client’s account will be charged on the same day each month, namely on the day that the client subscribed, for as long as the subscription plan remains active. Session credits are granted to the client each month on the day that the client is charged. Credits granted to the client under the subscription plan must be used before the next time the client is charged, whereupon they expire. Credits do not roll over to the next month. The subscription plan will remain active until the client notifies us that they wish to cancel their subscription. The subscription cancellation notice may be given in writing, by phone or by email, at the client’s discretion, but must use our contact information as provided on our website, https://cbc100.com. We will cancel the client’s subscription on the same day we receive the cancellation notice if notice is given on a business day, or on the following business day otherwise. The client will not be charged after the subscription plan is cancelled. Charges that take place before the subscription plan is cancelled will not be refunded. After the subscription plan is cancelled, the client may continue to use any session credits remaining in their account until the credits expire.
